Hello and thank you for checking out this page. My name is Mary Eland and I am 'Believe Training & Development.'

When you engage Believe Training & Development, primarily you work with one person: me. I will visit you in your organisation to get an insight into the culture and the people, design a course to meet your specific objectives and deliver it at times to suit the business. However, If you require a topic outside of my expertise I can call upon a network of trainers to fill the gap.

I am an accredited tutor for the Institute of Leadership & Management so if you want your people to gain a qualification as well as developing their skills then the option is yours.

I have seen many delegates from other courses who never seem to put their learning into practice. This has been mainly for two reasons: 1 they don't have the confidence and 2 they don't get the support back in the workplace. When discussing your training needs I will ask you how committed you are to giving support to the delegates when they are back in the workplace. Their line managers are just as responsible for making change happen as the delegates are. I also build in to every programme confidence building, motivation and attitude adjustment to enable the delegates to go out there and make it happen. So if you don't want your company to change, don't ask me to do your training.

I also work with people on a one-to-one basis to help them discover their true potential by helping them to remove blockages and limiting beliefs that may be holding them back so they can move forward and make the changes in their lives they've always wanted.
