ILM Level 5 Award
has been designed for practising or potential middle managers looking to develop an understanding of their own leadership capability
The Award is a concise qualification made up of one mandatory unit 'Assessing your own leadership capability and performance'. Participants review the prevailing leadership style in their organisation and the motivation and commitment their teams have towards the organisation's goals and values. In the final element of the unit participants assess their own ability to use different leadership styles, communicate the organisation's values/goals and motivate others.
